Transaction Description
Sound Dimension AB received an approval from Spotlight Stock Market regarding listing of the Company’s shares on Spotlight. The issue of a maximum of 2,000,000 units, corresponded to a maximum of 2,000,000 shares and a maximum 2,000,000 warrants in the Company, which corresponded to an issue proceeds of approximately SEK 15 million before deduction for issue costs. The IPO was subscribed to approximately SEK 15.1 million, including subscription commitments of approximately 7.5 MSEK, corresponding to a subscription rate of approximately 101%. This also meant that the Company unfortunately had to say no to a number of investors who came in after the deadline. Through the issue, the Company received approximately 370 new shareholders and issue proceeds of 15 million before deduction of issue costs, which were estimated to amount to approximately 2.2 MSEK.
